耙齒底邊距池底保持50mm允差±100mm。豎軸下端,在排泥斗上方，裝滑動軸承，尼龍襯套，采用壓國清水潤滑。必須設(shè)置Dg15潤滑水管，由池外引至池底，埋設(shè)在池底，水管外面表面不可以高于池底表面，在排泥斗外側(cè)伸出 ，與滑動軸承的管接頭接通。引入常壓力清水，保證潤滑良好，才可以試車運(yùn)行。正常運(yùn)行時(shí)，也必須在開車前，接通壓力清水，保持水下軸承潤滑良好。豎軸上端向心軸承和止推軸承組件，采用潤滑脂潤滑，要求潤滑良好。試車時(shí)，整機(jī)空負(fù)荷運(yùn)行不少于2小時(shí)，要求運(yùn)行平穩(wěn) ，噪音在80dB以下。帶負(fù)荷試運(yùn)行不少于24小時(shí)。

傳動刮吸泥機(jī)適用于大中型幅流式二次沉淀池的機(jī)械排泥。依據(jù)池徑大小不同又分為單周邊傳動和雙周邊傳動,功效基本同于傳動刮泥機(jī)，主要用于大型(一般指池徑大于20m)污水廠的初沉及二沉池中，刮集池底沉泥(比重一般小于1.2且不易板結(jié)),一般上部設(shè)浮渣(或浮沫)刮集系統(tǒng),即具有刮沉刮浮功能,工藝一般為中心進(jìn)水,周邊出水,中心排泥。

The tolerance between the bottom edge of the rake teeth and the pool bottom shall be 50mm ± 100mm. During the test run, the whole machine shall run at no load for no less than 2 hours, and the operation shall be stable with noise below 80dB. The on load test run shall not be less than 24 hours.

The drive scraper is suitable for the mechanical discharge of large and medium-sized secondary sedimentation tanks. It can be divided into single peripheral drive and double peripheral drive according to the size of the pool diameter. Its function is basically the same as that of the drive scraper. It is mainly used in the primary and secondary settling tanks of large-scale (generally larger than 20 m) sewage plants. The bottom of the scraper (the proportion is generally less than 1.2 and not easy to harden).
