按照所確定的攪拌器型式及攪拌器在攪拌過程中所產(chǎn)生的流動(dòng)狀態(tài)，工藝對(duì)攪拌混合時(shí)間、沉降速度、分散度的控制要求確定電動(dòng)機(jī)功率、攪拌速度、攪拌器直徑。

按照電動(dòng)機(jī)功率、攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速及工藝條件，從減速機(jī)選型表中選擇確定減速機(jī)機(jī)型。

根據(jù)容器或池體尺寸確定攪拌器層數(shù)： 1） T殳按照池體（容器）高度/池體直徑（或長(zhǎng)寬）比接近1:1,選擇1層攪拌器；2） 當(dāng)池體（容器）高度/池體直徑（或長(zhǎng)寬）比大于等于1.5:1,選擇2層攪拌器；3） 當(dāng)池體（容器）高度/池體直徑（或長(zhǎng)寬）比大于等于2.5:1,選擇3層攪拌器

攪拌流量、電機(jī)率的計(jì)算，這是非常重要的一步：一般是根據(jù)攪拌強(qiáng)度的需要來(lái)確定，采用計(jì)算軟件進(jìn)行計(jì)算，具體計(jì)算時(shí)需輸入粘度值、密度、槳葉層數(shù)、轉(zhuǎn)速等參數(shù)。

液體攪拌機(jī)封密型式的選擇：1) 一般情況下，不考慮設(shè)置密封裝置；2) 有密封要求，但密封要求不太高的場(chǎng)合，優(yōu)先選擇四氟盤根的填料箱密封；3) 嚴(yán)格密封要求的，可采用磁力傳動(dòng)靜密封結(jié)構(gòu)，即選用磁力傳動(dòng)(驅(qū)動(dòng))攪拌機(jī)。
