推進式攪拌器選型一般直徑取容器內(nèi)徑的1/4-1/3，切向線速度可達5-15m/s，轉(zhuǎn)速一般為80-600r/min，最高轉(zhuǎn)速可達1750r/min，-般說小直徑取高轉(zhuǎn)速，大直徑取低轉(zhuǎn)速。攪拌時能使所有物料在容器內(nèi)循環(huán)流動，所起的作用以容積循環(huán)為主，剪切作用小，上下翻騰效果好，當采用擋板或?qū)Я魍矂t軸向循環(huán)更好。
